Not getting pregnant

Obviously, the most common sign of sterility in males is the inability to get a woman pregnant. Infertility is usually diagnosed after a couple has been trying for a full year to get pregnant with no success. While there are many things that can cause male infertility, only a doctor can determine what exactly the cause is, and only a doctor can give advice as to what you can do. If you have been trying to conceive for this length of time and haven’t been successful, you might want to see a doctor to determine if the problem is with your reproductive system or your mates.

Testicle problems

There are various male fertility issues that can cause problems for couples. One common fertility issue is testicle problems. Some signs that testicle problems might be contributing to your guy’s fertility issues include pain in the testicles, lumps in the testicles or swelling in the testicles. Also, small, firm testicles can indicate a fertility problem as well. If your man notices these issues, it might be a good idea to see a doctor and see if there is an underlying fertility issue.

Ejaculation problems

Ejaculation problems can also be a sign of infertility or fertility problems. Problems getting or maintaining an erection, also known as impotence, can indicate an underlying issue that needs to be addressed. If a man has an orgasm without ejaculating, he should be concerned, since this could also indicate a problem. Urination issues are also a sign of sterility in males, and if a man urinates after an orgasm and the urine is milky or white, this can definitely indicate a fertility problem.

Hormonal problems

Hormonal problems can also cause sterility in males. Hormones are often associated with females, but males are able to have hormonal problems as well. Some signs that a hormonal problem may be contributing to fertility issues include voice changes, changes in hair growth amounts or patterns, changes in sexual desire, changes in mood, changes in sleeping habits, changes in eating habits, etc.

All of these signs and signals can point to a problem with hormones which can be contributing to fertility issues. Make sure that your guy seeks a doctor’s advice if he is experiencing any of these problems. More often than not, fertility problems are easily addressed and solved with easy solutions, but you have to address the problem to fix the problem.
