Some techniques can be practiced at home. They are pretty easy. All you have to do is locate the pressure points and stimulate them. Here are some of the main points that will help you improve your fertility.

Ren 3

This point is located below your navel. It is located on your mid-line or the imaginary line in the center of the body that dissects the body in two equal halves. Find the point about four inches below your navel. This point will help you with menses, bladder, and kidney functioning. You should apply acupressure on this point in clockwise direction. It is also known to help you in cases of pelvic inflammation and endometriosis. You should not stimulate this point if you think that you are pregnant.

Ren 4

This point is again below your navel along the mid-line but it is only two inches below your navel and one inch above Ren 3. It assists conception by helping the flow of energy into the uterus. The motion should be deep and circular and this must be carried out either every day before ovulation or every second day before ovulation.

If your infertility is because of menstrual problems, this is the point to apply pressure. To locate this point, find the point four inches below your navel and move your finger to a distance of three inches from the midline. There are two points of Zigong, on either side of the midline. This will help better circulation to your uterus and your ovaries. Just like Ren 4, you should practice acupressure on this point every day before ovulation or every other day before ovulation.

Ren 12

This one is just four inches above the belly button. It is situated on the midline. By stimulating this point, you can help your body eliminate all the harmful fluids that collect in the uterus, fallopian tubes, and the bladder.

Ki 16

These points are located just one inch away from the midline, leveling with the navel. By applying pressure on these points you can help the flow of chi into the lower abdominal region.

St 30

You can locate these points about an inch below Ren 3. Trace your finger from this point away from the midline by about two inches. That point is St 30, located on either side of the midline. These points will help you with the ovaries, uterus, and fallopian tubes.
