Abbey, 25, has been watching what she eats, reading up on baby books, and preparing her body for the task of getting pregnant. Joe, 40, reveals that they will be fun parents! Watching their close friends become parents has been the real turning point towards getting Abbey and Joe in the mood to have a baby.
Kim Kardashian became a mom to North, and close friends Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick welcomed Mason and now Penelope. Abbey and Joe are also close with Mario Lopez, who is dad to Dominic and Gia. The couple have definitely had a lot of inspiration all around them!
So, are they ready to be parents themselves? We guess that only time will tell on that one! Joe has a reputation for having a bit of a temper, so we hope that he is able to keep that under control and that the couple have put all of their issues behind them so that they can focus on being the best parents that they can be!
Joe and Abbey met six years ago outside of STK in Los Angeles, and have been together ever since. The couple have also appeared on “Couples Therapy”, where Abbey has been facing some of her own issues as a recovering anorexic.
The couple wanted to address Joe’s controlling manner and Abbey’s submissive nature. However, the couple did not leave the Couple’s Therapy house on good terms, and have since had nothing nice to say about Dr. Jenn Berman. Joe actually called Dr. Berman a fraud, and has not been happy about the light that he was portrayed in on the show.
Let’s hope that for the sake of their future children, that Joe and Abbey did learn something valuable from their time on the show.
