Jenna DeWan Tatum is sharing how she shed all of her baby weight!

She’s beautiful, she’s talented, and she’s the wife of one of Hollywood’s biggest hunks! Now, Jenna DeWan Tatum is sharing how she shed all of her baby weight! She’s already lost the 33 pounds she gained during her pregnancy, and she’s back to her size zero glory! Jenna revealed that she didn’t really pay much attention to losing the weight.

“I didn’t think much about losing weight. I was overwhelmed and in love with my baby!”

Planning ahead

Jenna admits that she wasn’t stupid when it came to both gaining and losing weight during and after her pregnancy. She’s been a vegetarian since age 13, and she has also been a dancer her entire life, so she knows a thing or two about staying fit.

“The second I found out I was pregnant, I called [my trainer] Jen Johnson,”

she confessed to US Weekly.

“We found areas we wanted to target: arms and legs. I wanted to keep the muscles alive. Plus, I felt so much better. Working out kept me sane. I would feel a burst of energy and all my hormones would regulate.”

Good for Jenna for being proactive and planning ahead!

“I think a lot of women find out they’re pregnant and are like, ‘Let’s go crazy and eat ice cream every day!’ To me, it was, ‘I’m growing a human being, and I want to give this little soul the best nutrition I can.”

she said of her eating habits during pregnancy.

Fitting it all in

Channing’s adorable wife of almost five years admits that her baby weight “melted off slowly”, and she has managed to fit in four 90 minute workout sessions each week. She is also watching what she eats, and fitting in her exercise whenever and wherever she can, including when she is rocking baby girl Everly to sleep!

“When I’m rocking Everly to sleep, I do lunges across the nursery, squats or calf raises!” says the star. “Suddenly 45 minutes have gone by, she’s asleep and I got a little workout!”

The beautiful star also credits breastfeeding with helping her to drop some of the pounds, but she worked really hard to get her body back into tip top shape! Congratulations to Jenna, not only for her beautiful baby girl, but also for losing her baby weight and looking fabulous! We can’t wait to see what she has up her sleeve next!
