After the Test
Waiting for the results of the test can be brutal. During the waiting period, try to stay as busy as you can and avoid thinking about the results all the time. However, make sure you give yourself time to talk about your feelings with a close friend or partner. Getting them out there in the open could help make them easier to deal with.
