How Often to Have Sex to Get Pregnant

The more, the merrier

When you are trying to get pregnant the question of when you should have sex and how often always comes up. There is a misconception out there that having too much sex is redundant to the conception process, but that couldn’t be farther from the truth. Claim Your 20 Free Pregnancy Tests – Click Here

The simple truth is that the more sex you have the better. Getting pregnant is just like any other probability outcome… to put a gambling spin on it, the more you play the more of a chance you will have of winning. As more couples face infertility problems it becomes more and more apparent that continuously striving to get pregnant is one of the best things you can do to conceive.

If you are actively trying to get pregnant day in and day out, there is a greater likelihood that one lucky sperm (or more) will find its way through the reproductive tract and to the egg where it will fertilize it, creating a beautiful baby about 9 months later.

Paying attention to ovulation cycles

When you’re having sex as much and as often as you can, it is smart to pay attention to ovulation cycles while doing so. Also remember that there are things called as “conception sex“.

The more sex you have the better your chances, but having a great deal of that sex during optimum times adds an even greater chance of conception as well. Using ovulation kits can help you track and chart your ovulation cycle; they help you to know when the best time is so that you can make sure to have sex during that timeframe at the very least to increase your chances of getting pregnant.

Have fun and enjoy the process

The act of trying for a baby is one that can bring on a bit of stress and worry if things take too long, but for the most part it should be a fun and enjoyable time between two people who love each other. When you let the worry and stress of trying to conceive take a backseat to the act of being together, it becomes less of a “chore” and more of an act of love that could possibly be the start of a baby on the way.

Also, focusing on the enjoyable parts of sex instead of the goal allows you to feel more ready to have sex anywhere and everywhere you can, increasing the chances of conception exponentially.
