When 44 year old rocker mama Gwen Stefani announced last year that she was pregnant with her third child with hot rocker hubby Gavin Rossdale, we were all on edge, hoping that this fashionable mama would finally be able to welcome a girl!
Her boys, Kingston, 7, and Zuma, 5, are absolutely adorable and always dressed (as expected) awesomely, and we can only imagine how amazing a little baby Stefani/Rossdale girl would be outfitted! So, when Gwen took to social media last week to announce her new baby’s gender, is it another boy or a baby girl? Claim Your 20 Free Pregnancy Tests – Click Here
It seems that it was not meant to be after all. The gorgeous mama to be took to Instagram for the very first time on Friday to make the announcement. “I was ready to hand over the crown,” the 44-year-old “former “No Doubt” leading lady posted alongside a picture of herself wearing an amazing lopsided bejeweled crown.”But I guess I am still queen of the house. #itsaboy #surroundedbyboys” Oh well! At least Gwen has experience with those boys, and who wouldn’t love being the queen of the house?
It’s been no secret that Gwen and Gavin have wanted another baby for awhile now. Since King and Zuma are getting bigger, the couple have had another little one on their radar for a few years. Back in 2012, Gwen did an interview with Marie Claire, saying that “I really, really, really wanted one about two years ago. And it didn’t work out,” she said at the time. “So…I feel good with what we’ve got. Everything works out how it should. You can’t plan anything, right? You can try.” It looks like that trying has finally paid off for this famous family, and we are sure the boys will be excited to add one more to their bunch!
We hope that the little Rossdale boy that is baking is practicing his karate moves, because Gwen says his brothers are two rough and tumble guys! “From the moment they wake up, they start beating on each other!” Gwen said in a September 2012 interview with Marie Claire. “I never knew they would be so physical. They’re just starting to play real well together, but with a lot of fighting. They do look out for each other – especially the little one, he really loves his older brother.” You know this mama is going to have her hands full!
