Here are the seven best natural supplements:

Co-enzyme Q10

This famous antioxidant has been shown to improve egg quality, predominantly in older women, helping them to become more fertile. Antioxidants are beneficial in neutralizing free radicals, which may destroy the integrity of the egg or the sperm. In this way, Co-enzyme Q10 also helps men with certain types of infertility. And the great benefit is that it will improve your hair and skin as well as your overall health.

Astragalus

Astralagus is a traditional Chinese medicinal herb that is an adaptogen, meaning that it protects the body against various disorders. Besides supporting the healthy immune function, astragalus also improves sperm count, and enhances the chances of pregnancy.

Pumpkin Seeds

Pumpkin seeds help mostly men with fertility problems. They are a good source of zinc and fatty acids. They should be eaten even during pregnancy, because they contain important nutrients for baby’s prenatal development. They have to be consumed raw.

Royal Jelly

Rich in Vitamins D and E, royal jelly balances hormones and improves egg health. The bee queen eats it to increase her fertility and so should you, to help nourish a healthy pregnancy. Avoid it if you’re allergic to honey!

Liquid Chlorophyll

Besides being an excellent detoxifier and a well-known body cleanser, liquid chlorophyll regulates menstruation.

Siberian Ginseng

A great immune system booster, Siberian Ginseng helps men to increase semen production and helps fertility disorders in both men and women. It is also a mild sexual stimulant. It improves the health of the uterus cells, which may increase your chances of conceiving.

Saw Palmetto

Saw Palmetto increases women’s fertile age and helps men have stronger hormones. It also fights against prostate cancer and reduces hair loss.

When you have decided what to take to help you get pregnant, don’t forget that it is always better to first consult a specialist. Supplements don’t have overnight effects, but taking them long enough could increase your pregnancy chances. If you don’t get pregnant in one year of natural treatment, you should consider alternative remedies with your healthcare provider.

Your body should get back to its normal rhythm of ovulation after terminating birth control pills.  As each individual’s body reacts differently, some may take a couple of weeks to ovulate, other may take some months, but in general your body should be in its normal mode within less than two to three months after stopping the pill.

Before starting any fertility medication or treatment regimen, I recommend seeing your doctor. It is always best to talk your doctor beforehand to determine best fertility medication for you, to avoid any health risks and he may as well give you insights about pregnancy tips and better assist you with your pregnancy plans. Good luck!

Conceiving a baby is not always easy for a lot of couples. You may try a lot of things to increase your chances of conceiving faster. First of all, it is important that you keep both of your bodies healthy by eating right, avoiding alcohol, caffeine and tobacco and exercising. It is advisable that you have intercourse every other day to ensure that your ovulation days are covered. As for fertility supplements, you may take Fertibella as it is specifically designed to stimulate ovulation by regulating hormones and normalizing your menstrual cycle.

I had endometriosis and had laparoscopic surgery. I also had PID from chlamydia. It was also treated. The doc put me on nuvaring & had me change it every certain amount of days,
so I wouldn’t have a period. I am not on the ring, and trying to get pregnant. And I can’t. Is there something to sorry about?
