Here are the top 6 herbs recommended for treating infertility.

Black Cohosh

Black Cohosh is a plant of the buttercup family that stimulates the ovaries and serves as an antispasmodic in relieving menstrual cramps and menopausal symptoms. It is effective when your infertility is caused by hormonal imbalance.

Evening Primrose Oil

Evening Primrose Oil has an important influence on fertility, as it improves the quality of the cervical fluid, and, consequently, the quality of the cervical mucous. This will become a more hospitable environment for the sperm, which will stay alive for up to five days, thereby increasing the chances of getting pregnant.

Vitex Agnus-Castus

Vitex Agnus-Castus or Chaste Berry, called the female herb, helps in stimulating luteinizing hormone (LH) and regulating the menstrual cycle by balancing the hormonal functions. Luteinizing hormone is what the necessary hormone during ovulation. Chaste Berry also acts upon the pituitary gland, increasing the production of progesterone and reducing the level of prolactin. It especially addresses women with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) who suffer from hormonal imbalance.

Red Raspberry Leaf

Red Raspberry Leaf, also known as Rubus Ideaus, strengthens the uterine lining and lengthens the luteal phase of a menstrual cycle, increasing the chances of implantation. It contains vitamins and minerals, folic acid, copper, magnesium and iron that have the role to enhance the fertility.

False Unicorn

False Unicorn is a root which helps stimulate the ovaries and the increasing of human chorionic gonadotropin, which is the hormone encouraging progesterone production. It is also believed to have positive results on male impotence.

Red clover

Red clover is based on isoflavones and phystoestrogens. These are estrogen-like compounds that help in promoting hormonal imbalances.

Herbal medicine products or dietary supplements are made of plants or plant parts and come in various forms: tablets, powders, extracts, tinctures. They may have side effects or may interact with other drugs. This means that it is compulsory to use natural fertility drugs only after consulting your doctor and always in the right dosage.

Hey there! I am about to tell you some personal info about myself. I’m a very confused and frustrated person lately, and this is why….. when i was 16 yrs old i gave birth to my beautiful daughter. Threwout my entire pregnancy i had regular prenatal care and i followed a very specific chart,to make sure i was eating properly and excersing daily.I did everything right.Until it was time for her birth, i had no complications. I had to undergo an emergency C-Section. My daughter was born 4lbs 2oz 15 inches long. This was a terrifying surprise, because my family doctor had estimated her to be a healthy 7-8lb baby. She was born in the small town we reside in, and flown by air ambulence to london, and because of the c- section i was forced to stay behind to recover. This was not the news i wanted to hear ,and it all seemed too sereal for me.It was like my worst nightmare EVER!!!!! But thankfully she pulled threw, and at 3 months old i was able to bring my new baby home to finally meet her loving family who had been so desperately and anxiously waiting for her arrival. At 18 yrs of age, i gave birth to my second daughter. Despite the fact that i had to pepeat the c- section birth, this pregnancy and birth was a complete success. My second daughter was born 6lb 14 oz, 21 inches long. Although my oldest daughter is very ill,and to this day has to be seen several times a year by specialists, we have a very good life. Now it’s been years for my fiance and i,we’ve been trying to conceive a third child with no luck. I’ve gone threw several tests, and so has he,but this time it’s unknown to us as well as every doctor we’ve spoken to,as to the reason why??? All the tests that i’ve done, give me great seults, as well as my fiances. So if we’ve had two full term pregnancies, and successful births, why can’t we do it a third time????? Do you have any answers ,or advice that you’d like to give us? My family and i would be so grateful if anyone can help us figure this out, because we desperatly want to have our third child, and we are well aware of the risks of taking maternal medications (which i’ve been taking)have a very high risk of multiples, we are excited and ready either way!!! I hope that my story has effected you in a way that makes you feel the need to want to help us, so from here on we’re looking foward to hearing anything you,or anyone you know might have to say. Thank you!

There are cases of unexplained infertility in some couples, even if their test results are good. Although, there are ways to help solve this problem. Taking fertility supplements to boost fertility, for example, can be helpful in overcoming obstacles in conception. You can further discus this, along with exploring your other options, with your doctor. For now, continue to increase your chances of conceiving by maintaining a healthy lifestyle, tracking cycles in order to time intercourse on fertile days, and keeping a positive attitude toward conceiving.

Make sure you are in good health and have had a regular check up with your gynecologist. Untreated infections, sexually transmitted diseases, or poor health can affect your chances of getting pregnant. Its good to see a doctor as well as start taking prenatal vitamins prior to trying to conceive.
