How to Get Pregnant: 6 Ways

For many women, after years of learning how to NOT get pregnant, they end up in a situation in which they really DO want to find out how to get pregnant as soon as possible.

One irony that follows women is the fact that, many times, after learning how to keep unwanted pregnancies away, they end up in the situation in which they really do want to find out how to get pregnant as soon as possible. If you already know the basics, it is clear to you that conceiving is not about having as much sex as possible; it involves a lot of aspects that you should be aware of, and we are going to cover the most important ones in this article. Get healthy first

Before finding out how to get pregnant, make sure that you improve your lifestyle. Even if it sounds a little eerie, this is your first step towards having a child! You probably already know that smoking, heavy alcohol drinking and taking drugs can seriously damage your baby. But did you know that these also lower your chances of conceiving? Also, having a good body mass index (BMI) can raise your fertility: if you are too skinny and gain a few pounds, or if you are overweight and lose a few pounds, your chances of having a baby raise significantly!

Figure out your fertile window

If you have a regular menstrual cycle, you can find out when you are the most fertile. The five days before ovulation and the day in which you ovulate are your fertile window. Studies have shown that almost all couples conceive during this window.

Avoid the use of lubricants

Regular lubricants found on the market can damage sperm. You definitely have to lose these and, if you really need a lubricant, search for the ones specially designed to have a pH level that will not decrease your chances.

Get to know when you ovulate!

Many women, when trying to find out how to get pregnant, learn about ovulation tests. Of course, this is a very important aspect, as ovulation tests are vital. However, you should know that an egg only survives half a day after you ovulate, so missing the proper moment can make you miss the entire window. The best thing to do is to have sex even before the ovulation test turns positive, as this will raise your chances. Studies have shown that two days before ovulation is the best time to have sex. It might sound unusual, but it is scientifically proven!

Get into the mood

You might not be aware of it, but the more you are turned on during sex, the more you raise your chances of having a baby, due to mechanical and chemical processes that happen inside your vagina and uterus. When inquiring how to get pregnant faster, not many women get this answer. Well, it is true!

Time to see a doctor after 1 year

In the end, if one year of trying passes and you are still unable to conceive, you should see a doctor and try medication. One thing that you should know is the fact that fertility drugs are usually not risky at all, even if it may take you up to a year to see the result. Furthermore, a doctor will surely be able to analyze your specific case and he might be the best person to find a treatment and give you the answer to this important dilemma: how to get pregnant?

You could try keeping track of your cycle so you would know when you are ovulating, and hence, when you are fertile. There are a number of ways to chart your menses, such as measuring your basal body temperature daily or charting changes in your cervical mucus. Additionally, you need to take care of
your health and your partner’s health. Being stressed, being overweight, and using alcohol or cigarettes all take their toll on your fertility and can decrease your chances of conception. I also recommend seeing your gynecologist to assist you with your plans for conception; he may determine causes of infertility and provide you with available fertility treatments. Good luck!

Given that the time of conception may vary from one couple to another; you should try to boost your body’s fertility by taking fertility pills, since they can help induce ovulation and regulate your menstrual cycles. I also suggest that you closely monitor your ovulation dates and increase your sexual activity during your fertile window. Stress and caffeine should as well be avoided in order for you to conceive soon.

Will Conceive Easy increase my cervical mucus? I have a regular menstrual cycle, but I really don’t have much cervical mucus. I’m overweight and have been trying for the past year.
