Fertility Supplements for Women

If you want to get pregnant a more natural way, try these top 5 natural fertility supplements for women to help you get pregnant faster.

Overcoming fertility problems can be complicated, especially if you do not seek out the assistance of a professional. This is why the first thought that you should have, if you believe that you have a fertility issue, is to go see a doctor. An obstetrician will perform several tests on you to see if you can get pregnant. If the doctor discovers that you have some serious issues, you will need to take a more complicated course of action with fertility drugs or treatments, but his answer can be that you are just stressed, that you do not sleep enough, or that some added fertility supplements could make things easier. If the issue you have is not very serious, you could complement the treatment prescribed by your physician with some fertility supplements for women, to achieve faster results. Here are the some of the most popular fertility supplements available to women.

Chasteberry extract

Chasteberry extract, also known as Vitex, seems to be one of the best fertility supplements for women, as it can help regulate imbalances in ovulation. It should be mentioned that there aren’t many studies conducted to assess the efficiency of this natural remedy, but user reports state that it is extremely helpful to them. Vitex has been used as a reproductive herbal support for many centuries, since Greek & Roman times. So its safety and efficacy has stood the test of time.

Black Cohosh

Long before medicine was developed, women used the benefits provided by nature in order to get pregnant. Doctors of the past treated all sorts of problems with the help of herbal remedies. And one of the fertility supplements that was used in the past, and still is, is Black Cohosh. This is an antispasmodic that can stimulate the ovaries and assist in supporting hormonal function to aid in conception.

Red Raspberry Leaf

Another berry makes our list. This time, however, specialists recommend the use of its leaves, not the fruit. It is considered that red raspberry leaves strengthen the uterine lining, giving the woman a higher chance of becoming pregnant. Red raspberry strengthens and tones the uterus, so aids in getting the body primed to sustain a pregnancy.

Fertibella Conceiveeasy

Fertibella is an all-natural fertility blend, combining many different vitamins and minerals to most effectively enhance fertility. Besides Vitex, it also contains powerful antioxidants like vitamin B12 and B6, which assist in neutralizing free radicals that can cause fertility issues as well as vitamin E, so frequently recommended by doctors as a substance that is able to induce pregnancy, as well as minerals such as iron, magnesium, selenium and zinc. This proprietary blend can enhance fertility by stimulating ovulation, regulating cycles, lengthening luteal phase, and balancing hormones in the body.

Keep in mind

If you want to get pregnant but have some health issues that could stop you from becoming a mother, seeing a fertility specialist before choosing a specific fertility supplement is your best bet, because only a doctor can recommend you the most appropriate treatment for your age and overall health status.

It is highly recommended to generally improve your health before trying to conceive. Things like regular moderate exercise; healthy eating, avoiding contact with chemicals and normalizing your weight can help enormously in trying to conceive. Make sure you are in good health and have had a regular check up from your gynecologist.

I have been on depo provera for about a year and a half. Was supposed to get another shot on June 5th 2013, but decided not to. Me and my husband want to get pregnant soon once he’s home from the army next month. But unfortunately I still do not have a period. It’s really irritating because I want nothing more then to start a family and just get my period already. I have been reading up on conceive easy TTC kit. I just want to try something to jump start my body and to speed up the process to finally get my period and hopefully get pregnant within these next few months. HELP PLEASE!
