Clomid

Clomid is probably the best prescription fertility pill on the market today. It is the most popular fertility drug in the USA, and that is because it is relatively inexpensive, it has a high success rate, and little to no side effects. Clomid jumpstarts ovulation in up to 80 percent of women who take it, and 40-45% of those women become pregnant within six cycles (months) of taking it. It is also a very safe drug, with minimal side effects. Most of the side effects are many of the same side effects as pregnancy symptoms, so it is really no big deal. Clomid is also quite affordable, around $50 for a one month supply. Sometimes it is paid for through your insurance, but sometimes you will have to pay out of pocket, so make sure to ask your doctor for more information.

Fertibella Conceiveeasy

If you are wanting to find the best over the counter pills to get pregnant, I would probably say that one of your best options would be one of the “fertility blends” that are on the market today. They are a good option if you want a vitamin/mineral/herbal combination supplement, but you don’t really want to find all of the herbs and vitamins for fertility on your own. Plus, it can be very expensive to buy 5-10 different herbal and nutritional supplements and take them all separately. In these fertility blend formulas, someone else has already done all of the hard work for you, which is nice. Another good thing about these pills is that they are available over the counter at many drug stores, and are inexpensive. They are made from natural ingredients such as herbs and minerals. This is a good option if you are into natural medicine and don’t want to put any chemicals into your body. One great fertility blend is Fertibella ConceiveEasy.

Vitex

Vitex agnus castus is the juice extracted from the chasteberry fruit. Used for thousands of years, this herbal remedy has stood the test of time or its safety and efficacy. Vitex is used for all sorts of reproductive difficulties in women, and being all-natural boasts no ill side effects. Cost-wise, this is the cheapest alternative and readily available at local health food stores.

These are some very good options for pills to help you get pregnant. Option A, Clomid, is a prescription only drug with a great track record. Option B on the other hand, Fertibella is a fertility combination blend that contains natural ingredients and is available over the counter. Option C, Vitex is an herbal remedy that has been around for thousands of years. Depending on your situation, you might want to start your fertility journey with one of these two options. Of course, never forget the importance of charting and tracking your cycles, speaking with a trusted health care professional, and living a healthy lifestyle. These are all additional ways to help improve your chances of getting pregnant!

The use of steroids especially if within long period of time may result to major side effects on the fertility of both men and women. Discontinuing steroids can return the normal function of the reproductive system and infertility can be reversed after some months. However, in some cases, steroids can cause permanent infertility to both male and female.

The pink test strips are for the human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG) test while, the blue test strips are for the Luteinizing hormone (LH) test. In addition, the hCG test determines the pregnancy, while the LH test determines the period of ovulation.
