Folic Acid – best vitamin

Folic acid is a naturally occurring B vitamin that helps you get pregnant! One of the best natural fertility ‘drugs’ for infertility is not even a real drug, it is a supplement with folic acid. Folic acid is a part of the B-complex family of vitamins that are necessary to make sure your baby’s genetic codes are intact. So be sure to include folic acid alongside vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12. There is no better time to start taking folic acid than when you decide to improve your fertility and conceive. Try to take at least 3 months prior to conception, to assure a folic acid reserve in your body for your future unborn baby. Continue taking folic acid during your pregnancy to reduce chances of birth defects. The best way to insure your body gets all the folic acid it needs is to take multivitamins with at least 400 micrograms of folic acid. Also, eat cereals for breakfast and include in your diet spinach, orange juice, asparagus, romaine lettuce, broccoli and enriched breads and pasta.

Clomiphene – best prescription drug

Clomiphene is the ultimate ovulation stimulator! This drug is prescribed by doctors in order to stimulate the patient’s brain to produce the hormones responsible with the monthly egg releasing from the ovaries. Some women are scarcely ovulating or not at all, such as those with polycystic ovarian syndrome. Clomiphene will increase the discharge of the eggs from the ovary. Available under the brand name Clomid as well as various generic counterparts, this is the first drug of choice prescribed by your doctor for infertility issues.

Gonadotropins – best prescription injectable

Gonadotropins are the direct ovulation improver. When it comes to choosing the best fertility injectable for infertility, many turn to Gonadotropins, which directly stimulates the ovaries, making them produce an egg or several eggs, during every monthly cycle. Usually it replaces other fertility drugs such as Clomiphene, when patients don’t respond to them.

ConceiveEasy – best fertility blend

Pharmaceutical remedies and drugs are sometimes the best solution for treating infertility, but when you’re trying to avoid their side effects or in the first months of attempting to get pregnant, you should consider alternative natural treatments. There are natural fertility supplements available like ConceiveEasy which are able to help you get pregnant quicker, by treating secondary problems behind the infertility. Hi, I was wondering if you can take fertibella if you have regular cycles. I have been married 10 years & have no children. My husband is fine. I have tried metformin & clomid. I also tried fertilitea for 2 months. That made my cycles irregular. I also did a internal & external ultrasound. My fallopian tubes were also checked to make sure it wasn’t blocked. The only thing I think is I might have hormone imbalance cause I have alot of hair everywhere.

Tracking your ovulation is of course a key to success in achieving conception. Pinpointing your day of ovulation, either by charting your cycle or by taking ovulation predictor kits, gives you the best chance at timing intercourse to best achieve conception. To get pregnant fast with irregular periods, you have to catch that fleeting chance at pregnancy, but you have to know when exactly that your ovulation will occur. An ovulation predictor kit would be a great help as it is easier since they indicate an increase in luteinizing hormones in your urine, a sign that you’re going to ovulate in around 24 hours. For accurate results, test your urine twice every day, once in the morning and once at night.

Knowing that you are suffering from Premature Ovarian Failure, it is best that you take fertility medications such as Vitex to help treat your POF. Vitex can aid you in such a way that it promotes hormonal balance in your body by stimulating the hypothalamic pituitary-ovarian axis. This fertility drug can regulate delayed ovulation cycles by inducing the corpus
    luteum to produce progesterone.

Recurrent miscarriages are commonly caused by chromosomal abnormalities, and can easily be prevented by taking prenatal medications and avoiding stress. Knowing that miscarriages won’t affect your chances of conception, it is safe to try to conceive again as soon as your body is ready after your miscarriage. Aside from prenatal vitamins, it is also important that you take folic acid supplements during pregnancy to ensure your baby’s healthy development and to prevent miscarriages.

I have gone through numerous iuis and ivf for about a year straight. None resulted in pregnancy. Fertilization rates are low. Husband has poor sperm analysis. I have on blocked tube. I am done with sticking needles in me. I think all the medication has made my egg quality poor. What next? I would like to try naturally now but think we would still need some help with vitamins to improve egg and sperm quality. What do you suggest we take?
